As full-time missionaries, we raise support to minister here in Romania. Our work centers on three primary areas:
  1. Relationship
  2. Preparation
  3. Mentorship
How much does operating a car cost- Romania? Part of the challenge of our work has to do with the cost difference for certain products and services. A van with relatively good mileage (approximately 200,000km), within 10 years old will cost us around €8,000 Euros. Our goal is to transport children, families, and our church members to the various activities in we do in Romania. What’s stopping us? Transportation costs. Every year we have to pay for the van property tax, road tolls, insurance, maintenance inspection registration, and the miscellaneous costs of operating the van! For example, fuel costs alone are almost $7 per gallon.  This one essential asset that allows for ministry to operate costs between $1500-$2000 alone. Rent is another $7000 a year, food is $12,000 a year for a family of 5. But, these expenses are all factored into the $28,000 in support for the year that we are trying to raise.
